As a user of the Shared Inbox, it is crucial for the user to track the emails exchanged throughout the process. It would be convenient to have a functionality that allows the user to easily view and monitor email cards that are specifically associated with a particular phase.

Feature Description: In order to enhance the email tracking experience for a particular phase or stage of the process, we have introduced a new feature - a user-friendly filter by phase. This feature allows users to easily filter the email list to view only those emails associated with cards that are currently in a specific phase.

What was changed? In the Shared Inbox view, a new update has been made. Users will now find the filter by phase option conveniently located at the top of the email list. This improvement enables easier access and utilization of the phase-based filtering feature.

For what kind of customers? Available to all users in the logged area using the Shared Inbox view.
