Hello everyone! 🆕✨

I’m thrilled to announce that we are releasing an improvement in the Request Area feature as part of the Guest Experience effort, but at this moment in the Mobile App.

Now, you can see your message history inside the request card, and also preview/download the attachments inside the message.

This feature allows you to complete some journeys as well because now we support the Phase forms on Mobile. So, if you receive a link within the message, you can click on the link and will be taken to a Webview already authenticated, with no need to log in to the web again. Amazing, right? 🚀

How does it work?

If you open any request card, you will be able to see the Messages tab, where you as a requester will be able to see that email in the request open card.

The news is already available in the 2.26.0 version!
