You don't have permission to connect these cards/table records.

Hi, Thanks for reaching out! Your table field has probably the “This field must have a unique value” option on. Could you check that, please? In order to do that, you will have to go to your database and click to Edit your field, and then, you will see the screen below:   Let us know how it goes, then!

Boa noite @h-nascimento-almeida1, como vai? Para sua primeira pergunta, sim, é possível configurar mais de uma configuração SMTP. Você também tem o controle de adiciona-los no email template de acordo com sua necessidade.Sobre a segunda questão, infelizmente, não é possível alterar o email do cards, usamos aqueles números e caracteres para identificação do card.  Qualquer dúvida não hesite em nos procurar
