The process tracking in Pipefy is unfortunately not very customizable and has some gaps (such as the fact that the tracking link expires after a short period of time).

Unfortunately it is not possible to customize the information you want the user to have access to. For that, I recommend that you create email templates and set up automations that send process updates with each card move.

Unfortunately, you can't even edit, it's a pipefy limitation, I could give them this idea of ​​improvement.
