Hi, I'm trying to configure an email template where I would like to add an attachment to the body of the email. Is this possible? I'm asking that because I would like to email external requesters quotes we upload on cards.

Hello @bwerth, how are you today?

This limitation is actually the browser’s so, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it. But there are some extensions for the browser that helps you visualize it before downloading it like this one, for example.

I hope it helps!

When I first started with Pipefy, I was able to drop attachments into cards and was able to open them with a click.

Now….. I have to save the document and then upload it and to open it I have to download it… Very frustrated. Is this because I am using a free account?

Hey John, how’s it going?

The attachment is added just as a link to the email templates. What you can do to make it look nicer is to use markdowns, so you can set up the email template as below:

“You can access the document by clicking ihere](attachment handlebar)”

The word here will turn blue and “clickable”, so the user will be directed to the attachment file.

Let us know if you have any further questions, alright?
