Hi

We’re implementing a fast moving process by means of Pipefy, including several phases and collecting a lot of data as a card moves through the process.

Cards are also connected to several databases for additional details and legal document attachments.

At the end of a the process, we don’t want a pile of card accumulating, but cannot delete them either. We also cannot sufficiently filter the cards in the pipe either.

Archiving such cards is a good option but nowhere in the documentation I can find any way to do so.

What is the best way to handle this?

Your input will be greatly appreciated.

Regards

What is the “contra” against just another “Archive” phase in the process? It should not slow down the Pipefy page by having more cards there.

Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated.
Considering all, it is basically the only option.
But was hoping another Pipefyer would have some other insights.
Alas, logic prevails.

Hi,

My suggestion is that you create an automation at the end of the process so that all the information generated in this pipe is stored in another Pipe or Table.

Much of this process can be done with Pipefy's native automations. Perhaps the final step of deleting the card will have to be done through another tool.

In integromat you can configure all this flow, including excluding the card from the main process (when it has already been copied to another Pipe or Table).
