We have a need in a field to capture both a “category” or “classification” and the description in one field. In this example, a user would enter the request the classify it as required, desired or optional. I have seen this done with jotform and other form builders. How can I accomplish this with Pipefy?

Hi Jody,
You can create a Database with the necessary fields (category and description) and use the Database Connection Field to capture more than one information per card.
The only way to do that is by creating two fileds on the same card (a radio button and a long or short text field).
Also, you could use a link to an external form Google Sheets, depending on your process
