I guess my suggestion would have been to have a field, something like “automatically move to phase ...”, that’s hidden and filled in by your automation. Then, you have another automation in the other pipe that moves the card if this field is present/filled in.

just create a pipe with the same fields in the start form as the original pipe, then create an automation that creates a new card in a phase of the pipe
