Hi,

I have a project where multiple stakeholders are involved and different type of activities are performed to accomplish the project.

Lets say → HR Team would work on recruitment → SCM Team would work on Inventory Planning → Infrastructure Team would work on Infra Planning and Installation.

& at every form, I would like to have set of input parameters such as "People Count" , "Invoice No", "Value" these parameter would differ for every functional processes.

so, is it possible to create a multiple type of forms in a single phase ?

Your help would be highly appreciated.

Hi Palani.

Whether I understood your needs, I suggest to use the same form, but using differents Conditionals to change fields for each stakeholders.

Based on first field, for example: Stakeholder 1 the others fields are showed based on type of Stakeholder.

This is a way to do this.

Another way is create Pipes for each kind of Stakeholders and each one has your public form with fields and the card lifecycle will run in separated Pipes.

I hope that I could explained!

Good luck
