is there any way we can create a running number for all the ticket submitted? I find it very hard for me to go search the card one by one. too time consuming

+18If you want to create a custom ID number, this option does not yet exist in Pipefy. You can try to create a field and concatenate some information from other fields to obtain something personalized, or use an external tool like make.com to generate this recurring numbering. You can suggest this Idea in the following section:
