Subscription bug

\Our subscription plan is Business , but now the PIPEFy informs that we have exceed starter plan. Any solution please? 

I suggest to talk with your Account Manager.

In this case you can contact our support team through the chat then they will be able to check why you receive this alert!
Anyway my advice is: confirm if you are accessig the right organization ( the one you have the Business plan running)😀
