What kind of ongoing technical support is required or does the local IT team get trained to handle Pipefy?

During the onboarding, based on your monthly contract value, Pipefy will offer Process Modeling service support to help your team design and deploy your workflows as needed. After that, business users can easily manage and maintain the workflows after they get certified in our basic and advanced certification program. It's optional to get your IT team involved but as a best practice, we've helped our customers to develop Pipefy Centers of Excellence to support their internal stakeholders since they have a greater understanding of their operation and industry field.
