Very new to Pipefy so only stupid question is one not asked, my question here is have you guys built in a Ticket Status Notification updater.. So once a ticket is updated or closed the original sender can receive an update..

Hi @Crash!

You can use Pipe's automations to send emails to requesters. First you need to create a template, then define a trigger for the email to be sent (for example, when a card enters a phase or when a field is updated).

Hi Crash

Unfortunately there is no native solution for that. 

You can use template e-maill and automation  to send e-mail for each phase that your card entry.
