Is there any way to receive information about open requests through the pipefy support channel that were directed to the technical support team?
Every time I need an update about the ticket I have to contact chat and open a new request.
This lack of feedback on requests that goes to the support team is very bad.

Hi Gabriela, I hope you are well!
Every chat you open with our support team and the issue is directed to the technical team you should get an ID, and nowadays to follow it you really need to open a chat and ask the analyst what is the status of it. Also, you can reopen the chat and ask for updates.
