When using Pipefy as a company, including having some user data in databases and sending E-Mails to users, what does this compay have to have in their privacy policy to comply with EU law (GDPR etc.)?

I mean, pipefy does track E-Mails etc., and stores the data in Azure or Amazon's equivalent, so I assume a certain basis of this needs to be mentioned. Do you have some copy-pasteble or at least inspiring example of what could be written there?
