Emails Automation giving invalid email error

Hi,

This was working fine a few weeks ago. But now automated emails when entering a phase has this error “The recipient email is not defined or is invalid. Please check the email and try again.”. Email field data are taken from email database and email to are taken from pipe phase form. Emails are valid and working. Tested on all emails and still same error.

Any help will be great, thank you.

Could you check that the email template settings are correct, please?
If you use SMTO, please also check that it is configured accordingly, especially if you have changed your password.

If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact our support team directly via chat so that they can investigate what may be going on in your case.
