Oi, Rafael, obrigada por sua resposta, não é isso, estou procurando receber notificações a meu email como administrador, não sendo necessário estar dentro do pipefy. Conversação por email, que fique histórico no card, já suporte falo que ainda não é possível. Exemplo: há momentos em que o solicitante recebe um link por email para aceder ao seu card, mas prefere responder no mesmo email (responder ao remetente de email), Então, esse e-mail pega o endereço de o card, mas não a outros endereços predefinidos no mesmo campo (endereço de dos atendentes).
