Pipefy emails going to spam

I have seen a few topics over a a couple of years about Pipefy emails going to spam or being auto blocked and the team always say “We will chat to technical support”. Why is this still a thing, years later

I think a great feature would be being able to map any field to a long text field e.g. A check box So if I want to create a database of subcategories, I don’t have to have multiple checklist fields that were selected previously, but rather (Similar to email dynamic fields) mapping what was selected in checkboxes to the long text field

Update database with connected cards

Hi, I was wondering what API to use for updating databases based on their connected cards e.g. Data gets updated so I need to auto update the database OR a card gets moved to archive so I want to remove the Data I am someone with very little coding knowledge (But I am learning, currently with html but moving onto python)
