COMMUNICATION BETWEEN KANBANS

Preciso tirar uma dúvida: dois setores internos, dentro de uma mesma org, mas que precisam se comunicar entre sí. Ao criar o campo “conexão”, o pipefy me da a oportunidade de fazer essa conexão. Perfeito, O problema está em caso essas duas orgs devam tratar do mesmo assunto mais que uma vez. como orquestrar isso? e em termos de sla? pq teremos mais que uma inda e vinda do card entre kanbans. Isso é muito urgente. __________________-I need to ask a question: two internal sectors, within the same org, but that need to communicate with each other.
