Acionar alerta antes do vencimento

Olá, pessoal,

No nosso fluxo, precisamos que um card se mova 15 dias antes de uma data inputada ao longo do processo. Então, coloquei, além do campo em que há o input dessa data, um outro no formato “data de vencimento”, que é acompanhado de uma automação que indica que quando um alerta de vencimento é acionado, o card deve ser movido. Contudo, esse modelo acaba ficando muito manual e sujeito a erros, dado que é necessário que uma pessoa observe a data de referência, retire 15 dias, e inpute o resultado no campo data de vencimento. 

 

Há alguma forma de preencher esse campo automaticamente? Ou seja, ao preencher a data de referência d, automaticamente já seja setado como data de vencimento do card d - 15?

In our workflow, we need a card to be moved 15 days before a specified date entered during the process. To address this, I've added an "expiration date" field next to the date input field. This field is linked to an automation that triggers an alert when the expiration date approaches, signaling that the card should be moved. However, this method is quite manual and error-prone, as it requires someone to observe the reference date, subtract 15 days, and enter the result into the expiration date field.

Is there a way to automate this process? Specifically, can the expiration date of the card be automatically set to 15 days before the reference date when the reference date is entered?

@Lucas Democh, automation is definitely possible! To achieve this, create an automation triggered by the update of the reference date field. For the action, select the expiration date field to be updated. Pipefy allows you to configure a relative date (before or after the original date) for date fields. Simply click on the field and set it to 15 days before the reference date.
