Olá @laiselopes!Acessando as configurações da fase, e clicando em 'Opções Avançadas', você vai encontrar uma opção chamada 'Permite criar cards nesta fase'. Marcando essa opção, qualquer fase terá o mesmo botão de (+) que a primeira fase tem, sendo possível então, criar novos cards direto nela.

Olá, atualmente o botão em si ainda não está disponível no database, mas ainda assim é possível importar registros para um database, basta ele estar conectado a um pipe. Nesse artigo de 1 minuto de leitura é possível encontrar como fazer isso.De qualquer maneira, estou submetendo essa ideia para o nosso time de produto para que seja levada em consideração, e priorizada de acordo a possibilidade de termos um botão diretamente no database. Obrigado!

Olá, vou submeter essa ideia para nosso time de produto, obrigado por enviá-la. Apesar de não existir o campo de RG nativamente na plataforma, é possível configurar o campo 'Texto Curto' para ter uma validação no formato do RG, CNH, CEP, Placa de carro, entre outros. Vocês podem encontrar como fazer isso nesse artigo.

Set SLA based on card priority

Hey @gabriel-oliveira4, in this case you can create automation rules to update a due date field of that card, based on relative dates. For example, when you fill the Priority field with 1 → update the value of a due date fiel with +2days; and, when you fill the Priority with 5 → update the value of the due date with +2weeks.

Hello @genietim, today that is not possible to achieve automatically, you'd have to make the adjustments/deletion of the connected records manually. But I'm registering this feedback into our product backlog, because there are some improvements in connections/automations involving pipes and databases on the radar, and maybe this is something we can consider in the future. cc @Raphael Costa

Olá @douglas.scn, legal, essa ideia complementa com a anterior de aumentarmos nossa capacidade de exportação dos dados. Aqui se conseguíssemos trazer tudo num relatório unificado de pipe aumentaria inclusive o poder de análise com um pouco menos de trabalho. Também vou colocar esse ponto pro nosso time de produto levar em conta quando estiverem priorizando próximas melhorias na nossa plataforma. Valeu!
