Customized PDF TemplateSubmitted

Nowadays it's possible to generate a PDF from a phase on Pipefy with appropiate data, what is very helpful to us @rebeca.venancio and @vitoria_lanes, but I'd like to suggest the possibility to submit a personalize template on Pipefy with the company's visual identity like images and logos.This kind of template will facilitate our process and the contact with the clients

Create labels when updating a fieldSubmitted

The idea is that when a field is updated with a certain information, whether it is right or wrong, the tag can be created by automation.For example, for a providers hiring process, when you fill in the password field with a wrong sequence to approve the budget, the label will automatically appear on the card to inform you that the demand is pending approval.The label is much more visual by using colors and being evident on the card, identifying the action required easily and facilitating the continuity of the process.

Connection field - Problems with startform view

Hello!Some people in our team have been facing the following dilemma: When clicking on a field that has a connection to another pipe, as soon as the startform is opened, the user cannot see the fields that are higher up, showing only the fields from the middle down. This has caused some discomfort for some people on the team, because when they try to scroll up, they sometimes click on the wrong fields or buttons. In some cases they can't access the search bar to add an existing card either. I would like to know if this kind of situation happens with you or anyone in your team. Can you help us? @rebeca.venancio @vitoria_lanes

'Freeze' the card title and current phase name

Hi!Would be possible that the information such as: card title and current phase name were 'frozen', like a header, when there was scrolling to see the card informations?This question came up from one of the users on our team, because sometimes, due to the amount of information that needs to be verified, we forget which card we are moving and even what phase it is in , so it is always necessary to go back to verify this kind of information.@rebeca.venancio if it works, Tais is gonna be happy

Custom SLA alertReleased

In our process we need to follow the client's contracts and make a additive when it is overdue.Would be so helpful for our process has a SLA Alert that we can program to appear it in a specific date/month.

Integração Data base com Formulário Público

Atualmente nós utilizamos o Formulário Público para receber solicitações de clientes, apresentando a necessidade de que, em cada solicitação, é necessário inserir informações de contato como nome, email e telefone. Essas informações são salvas em uma database.  Em cada nova solicitação registrada, cria-se um novo registro na nossa data base, o que implica na duplicação de informações de um mesmo cliente.  Gostaríamos de que fosse possível disponibilizar ao cliente uma integração entre o Formulário Público e a database, em que o solicitante, ao informar seu nome, tenha as demais informações preenchidas automaticamente nos respectivos campos, caso seja um cliente reincidente, ou que o cliente visualize somente o seu registro (evitando o compartilhamento de informações confidenciais de outros clientes), na opção de busca na data base. Alguém teria alguma sugestão de como fazer isso no Pipefy, ou que esteja com a mesma necessidade?
