Hi! My name is Rafael Frederico, from São Paulo, Brasil. I joined Simpli this year and have since been dedicated to implementing Pipefy solutions for our business processes. I'm also a theatre actor and language teacher, so communication is my main area of interest. In this sense, I see Pipefy mainly as tool to strengthen team communication through complex workflows involving large groups of people and different areas of activity.

I work with software and hardware integrations, especifically in access control.

I do play videogames a lot always trying to reach every trophies haha.
