Pipefy Helps Our Ad Agency Field 100+ Requests Monthly With 2 Staff Talk about doing more with less. COVID-19 has presented a significant challenge to our in-house Advertising Agency. Due to retirements and career changes, we went from a team of 5 to 2 full time staff members. We work with 9 hotels, three shopping malls, six mobile home lots, a real estate team, restaurants, etc. Pipefy has proven to be more than just a project management solution. We have utilized our own customized version of the “Marketing Requests” template to automate project requests and allow us to never miss a deadline (at least not without knowing!). Our clients are happier and we are more productive and nimble. How can you use Pipefy for your agency or organization? Above is a screenshot of our Public Request Form. The possibilities are endless. Plus, you can now create a central repository of multiple forms connected to various pipes so that you can bring in information in multiple ways.If you’re an ad agen

Request Tracker Saves Marketing Agency Valuable TimeWhy you should be using this feature in your public forms to cut down on staff-client and or staff to staff communication. *Ring Ring*“Yes, hello?”“Hi, this is John in Albuquerque, I asked for a new flyer for our Sunday Brunch last week, where are you at with it?”“Well, actually, we are waiting on your approval.” These awkward conversations are now a thing of the past thanks to the Request Tracker feature within Pipefy. It’s a free add-on that has saved our Advertising Agency both time, and of course, money. The premise is quite simple, empower doers within your organization and outside to check the status of a project without a phone call or extra e-mail. Once a Pipe Admin turns on this feature “Click on share, enable the form to public and click on customize,” and your users can start tracking. After each Public Form submission, submitting user’s will receive an e-mail with info on how to check the request status. There are a n

If you work with different organizations and need a connection between them, these two integration flows can help you a lot. The flows were built using Integromat: 1) Copy based on triggers.Example: When a card form is moved in organization X, create a card in organization Y: Integromat's integration modules are very flexible and exploit all Pipefy APIS. The difference is that in Integromat, you were able to select different Pipes in each module, even if they are in other organizations: 2) Copy all the cards in a given phase or pipe from company X to company Y. This automation can be done only once or can be programmed based on periods. If importing is required only once, you can also do it via Importer (Standard Pipefy Application): In the examples I made the simplest possible flows. They can be improved with other steps, transformations and filters. If you have questions about how to create Pipefy integration flows with Integromat, you can call me. My Integromat partner link is h
Use automation rules to automatically assign overdue demands to the team manager Expected results: Avoid delays in deliveries by notifying the manager when a task becomes overdue. What is this useful for? You can use automations to create an automated escalation process. Whenever a task/card becomes overdue (goes past its due date), you can automatically bring it to the attention of the manager or another team to ensure it'll be taken care of. Before you get started you'll need to: Create an assignee select field in the first phase of your pipe (you can add it to the start form if you wish, just make sure it's able to be edited in other phases); Make sure all your tasks have a due date - you can establish that by adding a mandatory due date field. How to: Access the automation menu by clicking on the automation option in the sidebar (in the left side of the screen). Click on 'create automation'. Our event will be 'when an alert is triggered' - in pipe 'team ta

What is GDPR? What you need to know about it and what the changes mean for your business Pipefy Community is bringing to you an opportunity to talk to specialists on Privacy Law and its impacts on Saas Companies and business. On June 24th at 12 pm (Eastern Time), Cainã Gomes (Pipefy Security Team) and Sumita Saxena (Senior Legal Counsel at Calm) will participate in the Pipefy Community Meetup. GDPR can be considered as the world's strongest set of data protection rules, which enhance how people can access information about them and places limits on what organizations can do with personal data. The pandemic scenario has put thousands of people online sharing information all the time. What are the impacts of this law in the business world and, mainly, in the world of technology? More than avoiding risks, technology companies and businesses, in general, must comply with the GDPR if they want to attract investors and guarantee privacy for customers and partners. For years organizations have worked to develop, implement, and optimize business processes.Digital transformation is hardly a new ideology, but due to the abrupt shift from in-office to a remote work model, digital transformation processes and adoption need to happen FAST. But, with budgets plummeting, large RFPs are becoming a thing of the past. And, IT teams are focused primarily on keeping their data secure and supporting new, remote clients, not on integrated business processes. These factors have all contributed to a surge in Citizen Developers. Subject matter experts who are turning to plug and play, no-code business process tools, and taking digital transformation into their own hands.Watch a panel of experts from DYDX, Pipefy, and Vodacom as they discuss digital transformation in this new era of work and how citizen developers are leading the charge.
