Pipefy Helps Our Ad Agency Field 100+ Requests Monthly With 2 Staff Talk about doing more with less. COVID-19 has presented a significant challenge to our in-house Advertising Agency. Due to retirements and career changes, we went from a team of 5 to 2 full time staff members. We work with 9 hotels, three shopping malls, six mobile home lots, a real estate team, restaurants, etc. Pipefy has proven to be more than just a project management solution. We have utilized our own customized version of the “Marketing Requests” template to automate project requests and allow us to never miss a deadline (at least not without knowing!). If you work with different organizations and need a connection between them, these two integration flows can help you a lot. The flows were built using Integromat: 1) Copy based on triggers.Example: When a card form is moved in organization X, create a card in organization Y: Integromat's integration modules are very flexible and exploit all Pipefy APIS. The difference is that in Integromat, you were able to select different Pipes in each module, even if they are in other organizations: 2) Copy all the cards in a given phase or pipe from company X to company Y. This automation can be done only once or can be programmed based on periods. If importing is required only once, you can also do it via Importer (Standard Pipefy Application): In the examples I made the simplest possible flows. Use automation rules to automatically assign overdue demands to the team manager Expected results: Avoid delays in deliveries by notifying the manager when a task becomes overdue. What is this useful for? You can use automations to create an automated escalation process. Whenever a task/card becomes overdue (goes past its due date), you can automatically bring it to the attention of the manager or another team to ensure it'll be taken care of. Before you get started you'll need to: Create an assignee select field in the first phase of your pipe (you can add it to the start form if you wish, just make sure it's able to be edited in other phases); Make sure all your tasks have a due date - you can establish that by adding a mandatory due date field.
