Hi Guys, I’ve been thinking it would be great if the user have the option of visualizing the attachment instead of download it. This feature it would be very helpfull for processes like Invoice Data Entry, where the user has to type the invoice data in the ERP.   Cheers!

Comments field for each automationSubmitted

Hey Guys, hope you all are doing good! I’d like to sugest to include a Comments field for each automation. Nowadays, we just have as option to briefly describe the automation on name field which is not have helpfull when we have to review the automation.

Field as tableSubmitted

Hello every one, hope you are doing good! I have heard from one of the teams that are using Pipefy that the start form is not that practical when the user has to include multiples items.To such a scenario, I think that we could use a “field as table” like shown in the image below.Suppose we are using Pipefy in a Procurement process, and the user has to create a card with multiples items. Using a “field as table” the user would have the opportunity to create a card faster than filling up multiples short text fields.Hope this idea can help other Pipefy’s admin.

Social media/What's app integrationReleased

Hey Guys,   Thinking in Service Desk, it would be nice if Pipefy could create card from social media’s post (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Reclame Aqui) and What’s app. With this kind of integration every requester will have an answer provided by the company in only one channel.

Increase your security confirming who are creating the cards.Submitted

Hello Guys, hope you are doing well!I don’t know about the companies you work for, but in the company I’m working for we don't need to have all employees accessing Pipefy, they just need to access the public form.However, as a public form anyone that has the public form link can submit a request, so how can I make sure that the right people are submiting the resquest?I’ve created the 3 steps below with 4 automations that allows us to receive cards from the employees with risk of any external fraud.  Step 1The first phase of the Pipe has to dedicated to this check. In my case I’ve named it as “Awaiting e-mail confirmation”.Step 2An e-mail template has been created to be sent to the e-mail address informed in the start form. This e-mail template has the information typed in the card and inform the requestor that he/she has 2 hours to reply that messagem.Step 34 automations have been created to perform this checkAutomation 1This automation will check if the e-mail belongs to the company D

Hello all!! I really need a Help. I’m working in a process wich will have a card created in a Public Form. After the card creation and validations some of the cards are going to need an external approvalCan you see a way to get that approval not using email template?

Risk of One CARD processed by two people at same time.Submitted

Hey guys! I know this can sounded a bit strange, but it would be nice if a CARD opened by an user could not be opened by another user.Nowadays, there is a Pipe in our ORG which I cannot set the “Authorizations” as “Users can only edit the cards they’re assigned to” in order to keep the business running, however there is a risk of two people open same card at same time and if Pipefy could block this action would make the process safe.

Segregate automated from nonautomated emails in the card email sectionSubmitted

Hello there! In one of the Pipes I’m admin each card can has a huge number os e-mails exchanged, among these e-mails, there are automated and nonautomated. It would facilitate to the team responsible for the process If we could segregate these 2 types of e-mails in different sections.

Nowadays we are using fields such as checkbox or radio to trigger our automations among phases. It would be nice if we had a “button field” to use as triggers to the automations.
