Deselect radial fields in public formsReleased

Hello, In public forms it is not possible to clear the selection of radial fields once selected.This behavior is observed in the form filled in Pipe (it is possible to deselect), but this does not happen in public forms.It would be important to have the same visualization on Pipe and Public forms.

Duplicate pipes with conditional rulesReleased

When we duplicate a Pipe, the configured Conditionals are not duplicated.   This function is very important when we need to clone multiple Pipes with the same structure.

Pessoal, tudo certo?Temos usado em diversos clientes o fluxo de “Seleção de candidatos” e mais recentemente surgiu uma dúvida sobre o que fazer com os dados pessoais (dados do formulário e currículos) dos candidatos que participaram do processo.Inicialmente havíamos definido que os dados seriam excluídos após 1 ou 3 anos.Contudo, gostaríamos de reter essas informações anonimizadas.Alguém já passou por esse tipo de situação? Alguma dica de como tratar essas questões em relação à LGPD?

Visualizar PDFSubmitted

Files attached to the card cannot be viewed. It is necessary to download the file to view it.Only image files can be viewed without the need to download.My suggestion is to allow the viewing of other file extensions, mainly PDF.

Sort invoices - newest firstSubmitted

I recently noticed that there was a change in the billing page.Before this change, the most recent invoices appeared first (on the first pages) and now to view them it is necessary to navigate through all the previous pages until you find the last invoice.The suggestion is to order the invoices keeping the most recent ones first. Thanks

Hide completed database records on public formsSubmitted

Hello everyone, When we make a form public, the database connection fields do not hide the completed records in the connected database.This behavior is observed in the completed form in Pipe (it is possible to hide or view completed records), but this does not happen in public forms.It would be important to have the same visualization on Pipe and Public forms. We use this function when we publish databases with job vacancies for hiring or databases with the list of active employees.

Acompanhamento de Chamado - Formulário Público

Pessoal, tudo bem?Estou modelando um pipe no qual preciso informar ao solicitante (quem preencherá um formulário público) um número de protocolo ou qualquer identificador daquela demanda.O grande obstáculo é que eu não posso coletar dados pessoais do solicitante (como o e-mail), ou seja, o solicitante deve ser anônimo, porém precisa de um recibo/protocolo/id para o caso de querer saber o status da demanda futuramente. O problema do ID do card é que ele é gerado apenas depois que o formulário é criado, e como não terei o e-mail do solicitante, não consigo informá-lo por este canal. Então pensei em usar outra ferramenta que integre com o Pipefy. Algum formulário online que consiga informar ao solicitante (pode ser na mensagens de envio/agradecimento) um número identificador desta resposta/solicitação. A analogia é uma ferramenta de help desk, mas que não coletasse as informações do solicitante. Alguém tem alguma sugestão? Desde já, muito obrigado!

Print cards

Hello,Recently I had to send a customer the answers filled in the fields on a card.Because it is a one-off case, it was not necessary to create a PDF using the PDF Generator. Likewise, the amount of information would not fit on a print screem. I decided to use my browser's printing tool to generate the document. It's very simple:Just right-click on the card, then print and select the PDF print mode.  The tip for all information to be printed is to expand all previous phases and long text fields

Know which Pipes and Databases users have access toSubmitted

There was a recent update that allows you to add users to multiple pipes simultaneously. However, it is not yet possible to easily see which Pipes or Databases a particular user has access to. The ideal would be a panel with all the information of the users and in this same place the admin. can add, remove or edit the user's access to pipes and databases.

Filtering unassigned cardsSubmitted

It is currently possible to filter cards according to the assignee. However, it does not have the filtering option for unassigned cards.   This filter is important to help find the cards for which we forgot to define a responsible or have accidentally removed the assignee.   It is only possible to obtain this information by creating reports.

Ability to enable/disable shortcutsSubmitted

When accessing the card, it is possible to add or remove assignee using the keyboard shortcut - Space bar.   The way we use this shortcut has hindered more than helped. My suggestion is to enable or disable keyboard shortcuts.
