Hello, how are you? The calendar app only supports the due date field, therefore, it's necessary to have these fields so they can appear on the app.

About displaying a field instead of its title, it's not possible at the moment. But thank you so much for the feedback, @dgodfrey! We have a public form for users to give their suggestions and feedback, you can click here to access it.

I will be sure to post the suggestion regarding the field name showing up on the calendar instead of the card name.

Also, I did realize that only Due Dates show up on the calendar, but my issue is that it seems like you can only have one calendar entry per card. So even if you have 2 Due dates on one card, the calendar will only show one of them.
