Change Pipe from sequential to Parent/Child Pipe to get simultaneous process

Hello and thank you in advance.

I have a Pipe already created with sequential Task/Phases, after 2 years we need to enhance process and get activities simultaneously done, the same way Template Human Resources Workflow Processes Pack, is configured, then I ask for support with the following questions:

1. It´s possible to join Phases in only one simultaneous Parent Card for the Pipe I already created? Or Should I have to create a New Pipe?
2. In case is possible to edit original Pipe, is ther any guide to get the step by step, I found some materials in Pipefy Library, however not many materials are available for that. Could Someone kindly explain with some screens?
