On several databases I’m getting the error “we’re sorry something went wrong.” since Saturday - I’m not sure if this is a longer term or new issue.
To replicate the error you:
- Go to database settings
- Change the “record title” field to a different field
- It then gives the error:
- It doesn’t change the record title field
- It gives red error box on right that says “we’re sorry something went wrong.”
I’m going to have to rebuild a database if can’t fix this, so would appreciate any input that could save me doing that.
I suggest you to cleanup your browser cache.
Unfortunately it’s doing this across different browsers so it can’t be a browser cache issue.
In this case I recommend to raise a ticket to Pipefy’s support.
So, maybe I’ve missed something - but is the best way to raise tickets via the chat? I didn’t find a ticketing system but I may have missed it.
The ticket is can be opened using the chat in the Pipefy’s platform.
