I have a paid contract and I never read this limitation in the contract. Indeed after 4 year the Pipefy still is permitting open new cards. ~15k registered and so on.

From what I read, the support staff reported that Pipefy has a known BUG for pipes that reach around 80 thousand cards. I don't know if this is official
