Hi @Ezequiel Souza !

Did you try the “Count weekdays only” on the Pipe settings?

Hope this helps you! Let me know if it worked!

Hello,

I believe that this function does not exist yet.

An idea: In your automation, add weekends in the SLA.

For example:

If the request date is Monday, the SLA would be equal to 5 days. In other cases, it would be 7 days. With a more elaborate code, you can do the same with holidays, adding an extra day when there is a holiday halfway.

Hi Lucas,

You ideia sound good, but I didn’t find any option in the Automation that permit identify which day is today to be used in my logic.  Could you tell me how to do this, please?

Thanks.

Ezequiel,

Unfortunately Pipefy's native automations do not allow this type of configuration, but you will be able to configure this and other types of more advanced automations in Integromat.

Integromat

An example of how you can configure:

Hi Lucas,

Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with Pipefy.  There some issues so basic and the way to fix it is using third-party solution involving more costs.

Maybe I need to review the continuity of this platform.

Thanks.
