I submitted the request a few days ago, but it hasn't been approved. My question is whether I can use the PDF Generator template for piping or whether I can only use the document generator. That ticket was being handled with support, and it was closed due to a lack of interaction after our request for a video so we could understand how to help with the process.
The Document Generator is indeed no longer being enabled by Pipefy, but Pipesign is meant to meet the company's needs.
In this case, you can use the PDF Generator to pull fields into a document, download it, and insert it as a document for signing via Pipesign.

I’m trying to use a template I created with the PDF Generator inside Pipesign, but I can’t find where to select that template when sending a document for signature.
The template is working correctly when generating a PDF from within the card, with all dynamic fields filling in properly. However, once I go into Pipesign, I don’t see any option to choose the existing PDF template — only the ability to upload a PDF manually.
Does anyone know if there’s a specific way to connect or use the PDF Generator templates directly in Pipesign? Or is it supposed to work automatically somehow?

I received an email from Pipefy informing me that they no longer allow the use of Document Generator and that now everything is PDF Generator. However, support doesn't explain how to use PDF Generator within Pipesing. Especially since this app doesn't even have more advanced formatting options. I'm getting quite disappointed with the support's vague and cold response. I think I'll discontinue this project due to lack of support. What a shame.
I use a paid account. I asked for support, I waited 5 days and what I received was very disappointing.
I didn't imagine that a simple use of dynamic fields within a tool that is made on top of that could be so complicated.
