How do I ensure in the supplier portal that the supplier will only be able to edit their data and create an access password in Pipefy?

Assuming you are talking about the general portal functionality, the authorization is handled either by giving your “supplier” actual Pipefy accounts and limiting the access to users, or by the corresponding links to the portal being “secret” (“Link access”).

Other way is to use the Assignee field to permit whom can change the card.
