Hi everyone,

I would like to know if you already worked with a integration between Pipefy and Zendesk?
Or, if you are a partner if you already sell this.
If yes, please tell me your experience!

We already did that kind of integration using Integromat (https://www.integromat.com/en/), which is kind of like Zapier bot more flexible and REALLY cheapier.

 

Integromat make the work really easy and API connection with Pipefy works well. Zendesk connection is really great. We used it to bring tickets from specific types from Zendesk to Pipefy (Customer Success, in this case).
