New Portal > Submit another response

Hi Pipefy team, 

We’ve faced a problem regarding “Submit another response” with new portal:

  • In our form setting, we turn on “Submit another response” property.
  • Howerver, after submitting a new card on the new portal, it doesn’t show the action for users to create another response.
  • This only happens to the new portal. We did not have it with the old portal feature.

      Do you have any updates/ plans on this problem? As our customers use this feature a lot, it’s quite inconvenient & affects our business.

      Hi minhle1803, I hope you're doing well.

      Currently, the 'Submit another response' button is only available when the form is accessed via its public sharing link.


      This option is not supported when the form is accessed through a Portal.

      I hope this clears things up!
