Pipefy Database Connection Limit

The Pipefy Database fields, we have multiple of a client and each has a product per record. Now there are multiple records that do not show when we type in the title of the record. Is there a limit, is there a way to extend the amount of records

 

Also, what is the order that they display? I am not seeing any consistency

    1. Regarding the "Missing" Records & Limits:  The visual interface limits the initial load to keep the page fast. To ensure high platform performance, the system uses pagination. By default, connection fields and dropdowns load a batch of 30 records at a time, but if you scroll down you can see more dates.

       
    2. Regarding the Display Order:  The "inconsistency" you are seeing is likely because, by default, records are sorted by Creation Order (ID), not alphabetically.This means if you add "Project Z" today and "Project A" tomorrow, "Project Z" appears first. This can make the list look random.
