The Pipefy can’t upload pdf file into attachment field?

Please, try “edit field” and chek if the option “Custom Validation” is enabled and if there is a restriction.

Yes, Pipefy allow you to upload pdf files, unless you create a restriction rule in the field settings.

Hi.

I didn’t configure nothing about restriction.

When I tried to add ,pdf file is appearing a error message below:

This file has a format that don’t be accepted.

Where can I configure this?

Hi @Ezequiel Souza 

 

There is a “.exe” and “.dit” in the middle of your file name.I am not sure if it can be the reason but please, try to rename your file excluding this “extensions” and check if you can upload it.

You are right I thought that this restriction support PDF as well.

I removed that now is working.
