Hi dev team! We use Pipefy to improve our sales and onboarding processes and would really like to be able to send standard attachments to the emails. For example, we send a case study and a standard brochure when we drag a card to the next stage. This attachment is the same all the time and the current functionality with the Download URLs is not really working for us, as it would look weird in emails as well as the fact that we would have to upload the files in every start form and eventually use up tons of space.

Yep, thats true, never think about it.

Great idea! Especially for onboarding. Could make it a default to send a welcome package to all new hires when their card gets to a certain phase.
