Automation to send an email template at the date selected in a card field

When using a Pipefy pipe as a CRM, I have reoccurring services I give to my customers at different intervals.  Such as 3, 6, 12 or 24 months.  I would like create an automation, that when a card is completed an email template is sent based on a selected time frame specific to each card.  So a reminder email about scheduling the service again.  I think if I could create an automation and have it send an email template based on user selected date in a card field, it would be amazing.  I only see a way to do this when a card enters a phase, not the ability to schedule for a future date for each card.   Thanks!
