I have some feature suggestions for building forms.
Regarding checkboxes and radio select it would be helpful if you can have an option of 'horizontal alignment'
When I have put in a lot of options horizontally I want it to be aligned (Sometimes I specifically don't want to do a vertical checkbox list or radio select list and I can't add characters to align it. Please see screenshot below)
It would also be helpful if for checkboxes and radio select - there can be a Field name and then Subtitles.
For example;
Hair Color: (Field Name)
Dark (Subtitle)
- Black
- Dark Brown
- Brown
Half Blond (Subtitle)
- Light Brown
- Ash Brown
- Honey
Blond (Subtitle)
- Golden Blond
- Strawberry Blond
In addition to these features, I have some more feature suggestions.
In a multiple choice field, when a person completing the form selects 'other' it's neatest if every time throughout the form there's a field called 'please specify' for them to describe what 'other' is. But I can't have more than one field with the same 'field name' is there any way the field name can be the same but it has a 'backend' name.
Also, if when the person selects other - under the word other should be a text box for them to describe = inline typing.
