Custom field 

You can filter via custom fields in the Reports section (Add filter → Select your field)

You can also filter by any field that is on the Card title or subtitle, in both Kanban and List view (Settings → Pipe settings)

I'll submit your suggestion for our internal team analyze it.

As @andrewhucks explained, for now the only way to filter by custom fields is using reports, or using the search button in Kanban and List view to filter by fields defined as title or subtitle on pipe settings.

they should take the same filter system that they have in reports and apply in to the Kanban view
