Integrating WhatsApp with Pipefy would be like supercharging my team communication! Getting instant notifications and updates on smartphones would make it much easier to keep track of processes on the go. Plus, I could automate things like sending quick messages or creating records from received chats, which would save a lot of time and hassle.

Hi there, you can try using the “Send SMS” action and then in the from/to you can type “whatsapp:+199999999999”.
