What do you thing to add a feature to permit attach files using Request Tracker and permit who use the Request Tracker access attached files in the card.

Acaso sabe informar se a ideia mencionada acima foi implantada? Existe alguma forma de compartilhar um link padrão para que o cliente externo tenha sempre acesso as suas solicitações? OU um numero de rastreio padrão para que possa visualizar a qualquer tempo?
