I recently had my account locked due to making too many cards and pipes. I had a lot of issues getting the account unlocked afterwards (see discussion here).
Some of the limits are easy to track and abide by (e.g. 5 pipes total per free account). But the limit of 50 new cards per month is not as easy since I don’t have a running count of new cards created amongst all the pipes. So if I make 51 cards in a month by accident then I’m at risk of my account getting locked again.
Could there be safeguards in place that prevent free accounts from breaking the rules?
I find Pipefy great for my personal use but cannot justify the base monthly cost as a single user. And I’d like to recommend it to friends but I don’t want them to have the same problem I had with getting their account locked.
