We are facing a serious issue regarding user access control in the platform. Currently, it is not possible to restrict member-level users from accessing reports. This means that anyone working on a given pipe (creating, moving, or editing cards) can also access the reports of that pipe and export the entire database to Excel.

Building and maintaining these databases requires significant investment, and they represent a major competitive advantage. Allowing a former employee to easily download and keep such data is a critical risk.

We urgently need a feature that allows access control per report (or a pipe-level setting) where members can work on cards but cannot view or export reports/dashboards unless explicitly granted.
