Overview
The Tracing tab in agent logs displays 100% of step details in your language automatically. Whether you work in Portuguese, Spanish, or English, the agent execution history appears in your language without any configuration.
What's new?
- Automatic language translation based on profile: the Tracing tab automatically inherits the language set in your Pipefy profile. If you use PT-BR, EN, or ES, all step details appear in that language.
- No toggle or manual configuration: there's no language button in the interface. The language switches based on your profile settings.
- Support for PT-BR, EN, ES and more: if your language isn't available, the text defaults to English.
How does this help?
- Reduces friction when reading logs: you immediately understand what the agent did at each step without having to resort to translators or technical colleagues to interpret execution.
- Speeds up troubleshooting: when an agent doesn't behave as expected, you can quickly review the execution trace and make decisions about adjustments without language barriers.
- Keeps data private: because translation happens in your browser, there's no exposure of automation details to external cloud services.
Use cases
1. Operations Manager auditing an approval automation error: a Brazilian operations manager configures an agent to validate invoices and triage by expense category. When the agent misclassifies a return, the manager opens the Tracing tab in the log and immediately sees which step led to the wrong decision (ex: "Verified expense category based on CFOP X; error occurred when validating against database") all in Portuguese, without needing an engineer to translate.
2. Integration Specialist validating a lead creation flow: a Mexican integration specialist configures an agent to extract data from forms and create CRM connections. When some leads arrive with missing fields, she accesses the Tracing tab and sees the step-by-step extraction and validation in Spanish, quickly identifying whether the issue is in form parsing or the API call.
3. Implementation Specialist in staging testing an agent with multiple conditions: a Portuguese implementation specialist builds a complex agent with decisions about SLA, priority, and routing. When testing a test card, he needs to confirm the prioritization logic worked. The Tracing in PT-BR makes it clear exactly which condition was evaluated and why the card was routed to the high-priority team.
