Continuing the evolution of AI Agents, we are introducing a new native action: create a record.
This functionality expands the agents' ability to interact with structured databases (Data Tables), enabling AI to not only manage workflows but also autonomously populate knowledge bases and data tables without manual intervention.
What’s new?
AI Agents can now execute four core actions within the Pipefy platform:
- Update card fields
- Create a card
- Move card
- Create a record (New)
With this update, agents can create new entries directly in Pipefy Data Tables, bridging the gap between agent reasoning and centralized enterprise data sources.
