Overview
The API Usage Stats dashboard has been updated to deliver granular visibility into API call consumption. You can now view daily usage through a chart, identify spikes by operation or access token, and project costs before the billing cycle closes — without relying on support tickets or manual log analysis.
What's new?
- Daily column chart displaying consumption for the current month
- Daily usage averages for cost projection and anomaly detection
- Filter and group by Operation Name or Access Token — identifying exactly which system, script, or integration is generating each call
How does this help?
- Drastically cuts investigation time: what previously required hours of manual log analysis is now identified visually in seconds
- Enables frictionless governance: admins audit integrations and correct consumption deviations without opening a support ticket
Most relevant for
- IT administrators managing API integrations
- Operations leaders with multiple active automations
- Developers connecting external systems to Pipefy
- Managers monitoring consumption costs and plan limits
Documentation
To configure the operationName parameter and ensure consumption appears correctly categorized, refer to the technical guide: Your Guide to Queries and Mutations.
⚠️ Action required: GraphQL requests sent without the operationName parameter will appear as "Unknown" in the dashboard. Configure it now to ensure full visibility.
