From now on, the email confirmation window will no longer be required to access the public phase form (task)!
Some feedbacks from customers about it:
- For those who have a Pipefy account: it wasn't nice the needs providing the email again because the user is already logged in.
- For those who have not logged in: too many steps for authentication, and some users reported getting lost in the email verification flow.
Use case (example):
- A manager needs to interact with a vacation approval through the form and even logged in to Pipefy needs to confirm his email to access the task.
Previously: after clicking on the task (or public phase form), the user needs to confirm the email and then is redirected to the form.
New: after clicking on the task, the user is redirected directly to the form.
Notice:
If the user doesn't have a Pipefy account and interacts with the phase form by clicking on the email link, the email address provided will be stored in a cookie for 72 hours. This means that the user won't have to re-enter the email address during this time to access the public phase form.
