We have a new release in the area!πŸ˜ƒ

We are now making it possible for companies to identify who did what on Pipefy via API. For example, who created a card, or who updated a field.

πŸ‘‰πŸΌUse cases (example):

  • It can be used for auditing processes, for example, where companies will be able to update/generate reports with detailed information regarding dates (already possible today on automations) plus people information (new) who approved a given reimbursement request or position opening;
    Β
  • Β It can be used to present a β€˜ticket summary’ showing the Approver name and Approve date & time on finance processes;
    Β

πŸ‘‰πŸΌFeature Description: The response payload for the card.created and card.field_updated webhooks were just enriched with the user’s info (who performed the action).

πŸ‘‰πŸΌWhat was changed? Before, we didn’t send any information regarding the person responsible for generating that trigger. Now, the data highlighted on the images below will be sent on the payload so it can be used in integrations involving these webhooks.

πŸ‘‰πŸΌFor what kind of customers? All customers using integrations will be able to extract value from this improvement.
